- All rates are quoted in Thai Baht and included tax and service charge.

- Children 12 years old and over sharing room with parents need extra bed.
- Children under 4 years old need baby cot, free of charge, maximum 1 extra per room.
Terms and Conditions :
- Room is available for 2 persons
- The above rates are remittance required in THB per night; inclusive of ABF, service charge, VAT, and non-commissionables
- Breakfast : 200 Baht per person / rate is inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax
- Transfer from/to Phuket International Airport (one way) by private car start from 800-1200 Baht depend on pick up time and no. of passenger
- Rates are inclusive prevailing Government tax. Should the percentage of tax be increased on room and / or food and beverage, or additional taxes be imposed on these services, such increases/ decreases will be passed on to the contract holder.
- There is no extra charge for children under 6 years sharing the same room as their parents (limited to a maximum 1child per room, unless otherwise stated) without extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charged as per contract meal rates.
- Each room can be added no more than one extra bed.
- Extra bed is 400 THB for low season and 600 THB for high season
- Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure. Late check-out is subject to availability and will be charged at 50% of contracted room rate if check out prior to 6 p.m. and full overnight rate if after 6 p.m.
- Booking deposit is nonrefundable
- Cancellations/No show charges are applicable as detailed below. In case of cancellation written notice must be received by the hotel at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. In the event that this written notice is not received as stipulated, and in the event that there is no-show at the hotel. The following charges are applicable without exception:
